Lucy will be on her summer holidays meaning Pippa will be covering her Wednesday and Friday afternoon clinics from 3pm-7pm on the 11th and 13th July.  Please book as normal via the bookings page.

Due to demand Lucy Carroll will now be running a Wednesday morning clinic from 11am-1pm.  Her Wednesday evening clinic will change to 3pm-7pm as a result.  The changes to Wednesday follows Pippa’s recently updated hours and will help us to offer more flexibility with appointments across the entire week.

The Wednesday changes come into effect from 18th June and are now available to book here

Please note that from Monday 4th June the price of the hour appointment will be £42. The 30min appointment will remain unchanged at £28.

These changes have been made due to increasing costs and to ensure our pricing structure reflects the services on offer/provided during each appointment, whilst ensuring we remain the most experienced and best value sports injury provider in the region.

Lucy will be on holiday on 30th May and 1st June.  I will be covering the 11am-1pm clinic on Friday 1st June and appointments will be available from 9am.  The appointments between 9am-11am need to be booked directly with myself so please contact me if you would like an appointment during these additional hours.

You may have heard about the new General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), that comes into effect May 25, 2018. To help comply with GDPR consent requirements, I need to inform you about the following.

None of your medical history is stored electronically. All your personal information (name, address, email, phone number) are recorded on paper notes and stored securely in the clinic in line with data protection laws. By law we have keep this information for 7 years.

Due to lack of uptake and use of our newsletter feature this has now been cancelled so all subscribers have automatically been unsubscribed. If we take up this option again in the future you will be able to re-subsribe under the new regulations.

Just to remind everyone of mine and Lucy’s holidays over the next couple of weeks.  I (Pippa) will be on holiday from Wednesday 28th March, returning on Tuesday 3rd April.  Lucy will be away when I return which will affect the following clinics: 4th, 6th and 11th April.

Lucy will be covering Saturday 31st March 9-12.30pm

I will be covering Wednesday 4th & 11th April 3-7pm.

Pippa will be away over the Easter Bank holiday weekend but Lucy will be covering the Saturday 31st morning (9am-12.30pm) clinic.  The clinic will be closed on Easter Monday.

Lucy will be on holiday the commencing 2nd April and will return to work on Friday 13th April.  During this time Pippa will be covering the Wednesday (4th & 11th April) evening clinics 3pm-7pm.

We are really happy to be launching our new running mechanics service from 5th February 2018.  This service will provide detailed feedback to runners on their technique, asymmetry and biomechanics.  Alongside this we will be offering bespoke strength and conditioning to help with any compensatory actions that could be inhibiting running style and contributing to risk of injury.

Please follow this link to find out more detailed information on the service, packages available and costs.  Please book as normal via the website (1hr appointments required) and use the phrase “running mechanics” in the comments section of the booking form.

The clinic will be closed for Christmas on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Wednesday 27th December.  The clinic will also be closed on New Years Day and we return to normal hours on 2nd January.  The Saturday morning clinics (23rd and 30th) will run as normal.

Please book online for your appointments during the Christmas period and contact Lucy or myself directly if you are struggling to find a suitable appointment.
